Laura started working with Meadows Maternity in 2013. Her interest in the medical field started early in her life, with special interest in sports medicine. She found Meadows through a friend, and has loved working with the team of staff and physicians. She especially has enjoyed seeing all of the new babies coming into the office and has learned a lot about the different aspects of the medical field. She takes pride in her work, and is especially happy when things are organized. When she’s not working in
the clinic she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her puppy Ruby. Her favourite past time is long walks with her puppy and making knit and crochet boots and creations for friends and family.
I have been an MOA at Meadows Maternity and Family Practice since 2012. Before that, I had a career as a massage practitioner, and have enjoyed
raising 4 children, coaching soccer, volunteering on many Parent Councils and other volunteer boards. I am a transplant from Edmonton, but have
come to love Calgary and the opportunities for an active lifestyle in an around our beautiful community. I have enjoyed my time working with the team of doctors and staff at Meadows Maternity, and appreciate the caring environment that our team works hard to create for all of our patients.
I began my career in a fast food management and continued for 6 yrs. A few years ago, I was drawn to the healthcare field. I am lucky now to
be a medical office administrator at Meadows Maternity and Family Practice since 2017, a more challenging and informative job. I am fortunate enough to have the best docs here who treat us just like a friend. I’ve been really enjoying that part of my work and I’m especially interested in bringing the experiences and expertise I’ve gained as good customer service to relate and support patients. I
enjoy working with them a lot. I am originally from Philippines with twin cute sons. Outside of the office, I’m a reader of economic books . I love singing and that’s why I learned a little bit to play guitar. It
makes me relax whenever I feel stressed . Myself, my twins and my fiancee love to hike with our dog Misha exploring hiking trails in the area.
Brooklynn grew up in a very small town called Sundre and moved to Okotoks in 2016 shortly after she graduated high school to widen her options for
a career path. Brooklynn joined the Meadows team in 2017, after completing her unit clerk/MOA schooling. She decided to become an MOAbecause she has a passion for helping people. She especially loves being with the Meadows team because she is a part of helping parents on their new journey. She has 2 cats at home and a fiancé that has helped to
support her while she completed her schooling. Her hobbies are camping, quadding, and sledding near her home town with family and friends.
